Once again we've hit the heights of mediocrity. 3 points from the last 5 games. If that sort of form continues we'll end up on 38 points which is RELEGATION form. No wonder when we are playing like Dad's Army. Forget about the T/O it ain't gonna happen in time (if ever). Uncle Ken won't let go of the reins until after the Chelsea game (for obvious reasons) by which time the mystery men will have had enough. RIP Leeds United.
I said a few months ago that I thought this season had disaster written all over it and nothing has changed my mind. Warnock just staying the one season and these players knowing they are not good enough and will likely be replaced if we do get a new owner means apathy. I thought it would come at the end of the season. It worries me we are seeing it now because we could end up in a group of 4 teams that will be fighting to stay away from that 3rd bottom place. Bates is a complete twunt and I hope some of his 'die hard' fans can now see what a lot of us saw when he scuppered our chance for promotion under grayson 2 seasons ago.
Bloody stats are useless. The only one that just about came through tonight was Brighton's impressive winning run against the Posh, albeit in stoppage time. Think Posh are now over 100 games without a 0-0 scoreline.
Yeah Palace are top of the league, didn't think you'd see that as positive, but well done for giving them the recognition they deserve.
