    I live even nearer with a similar period of avoidance. Much better when it was Clock Cafe.

    Does anyone go in it? I'm very suspicious of what they get up to. The one on Chants, Rainbow Palace, looks like its still 1972 when you walk by. There's never anyone in. I cant find it on Just Eat.

    Not that I have seen, you see the odd out of towner taking a risk. It's not for me.

    I rarely see anyone in there, but then I don't normally pass it when it's open, so I'm not really the right person to ask.

    Someone told me it was dreadful when I moved to the area and a few others have said the same over the years, so I've just never bothered.

    Clock Cafe was great, I was labouring on a house renovation job in Cave about '81 and we used to have a full English in there every morning. That is if we could get Chalky's Capri jump started early enough for us to get there in time for breakfast. <laugh>
