Ok. Say we get this poacher, where does he play? You can't tell me that any of the players in that team tonight deserve dropping to make way

A good finisher is someone who can put chances he gets in difficult places for the goal keeper. That’s the corner, so yes that makes him a good finisher are you serious?

yes Isidor is a poacher, we don’t create many poacher ish chances though which is why we all think he scores the difficult ones

I would drop Rigg personally and go from there.

I thought o9 because of his attitude.
    Not sure he's clinical enough.

Jobe would be on the list for me too.
It's something we may need to look at incase of playoffs.

Even though I think we'll grab automatic.

    That's a mad result tonight.
How many games have we dropped points where we could of won is frustrating. But we're up there and the spirit of the team shines through.

We can buy a poacher doesn’t mean he gets the chances.

So you have to be a good finisher only if you put the ball in the corner?

Seems to be more of an instinctive finisher than a clinical one and that's fine, he has loads of strengths as a CF and has scored his fair share. If he's not a penalty taker so be it, plenty of top forwards aren't. Which seems odd to me but it's how it is.

He'll feel the love from the fans in the next couple of games and will get back on track in no time.

Not sure why you’re acting like that isn’t a massive part of being a good finisher since you’re a semi pro footballer mate

We just don't play that way do we ...

... you'd need endless crosses and balls across the box.

That's for the manager mate. But I do feel we lack that sniff in front of goal. I mean if Wilson was injured then what ? Mayenda on his loansome up front ?

Probably not mate, I get that.. but he’s our captain. Harry Maguire didn’t have to take a penalty in the euros final but he stepped up straight away and smashed it into the top corner. Sometimes big moments call for big balls is all I’m saying. Penalty in front of our fans in injury time against one of the top teams, go and smash it home and put us joint top of the league. You’d want your captain to relish that responsibility or I would at least HOWEVER…

I have no idea if Wilson was adamant he wanted it or if nobody else wanted it, I think someone said ELF offered so I’m assuming that means Wilson wanted it himself. If he did then Neil has no right to demand the ball. If he did and he scored he would’ve been a hero, if he missed we would’ve no doubt all called him worse than ****. I have no problem with that I just thought Wilson looked really nervous and I got the feeling straight away he was going to miss again.

I am not. That was an age a go. But to use that metric is utterly weak. A good finisher is a good finisher. Chance conversion. Not a corner hitter.

Sorry but I don't buy that. YOU said get a poacher in and drop Rigg to accommodate him. So how would YOU back that statement up?

Not sure he has done much for most of the season TBH. Output is poor and on the eye test he doesn't really impact games

Drop rigg and play alongside Wilson, once drop a bit. Or get Wilson wide a touch. He was brough in as a left forward
