Only 90 tickets remaining. Are fans thinking this will be our 1st away point of the season, or did they only give us 300?

The saner fans (probably those not on here) think that anything can happen in a game of football and think that, as long as there's a chance, they'll want to support them.

No, it's not normal to be this pessimistic all the time.

In see Sam Vokes is back, playing & scoring in their FA Cup tie against Spurs (1-1).

Not the best timing for us to have that successful goal scoring Ings/Vokes partnership back together.

But they drew today...replay destined...are they gonna be tired???
No. Pearson doesn't used tiredness as an excuse at Leicester and I'd be surprised if Dyche will. Fatigue is all in the mindset. Nobody else suffered from it this weekend. Next week will all be about desire. Who wants the victory most. All season we have not shown that desire away from home. This is it boys. The first game where we've had a decent shout at an away victory. Are we brave enough, determined enough or are we going to try to conserve our energy for another battle in............seven days time and try to nick it in the 92nd minute.

You going Yorkie? You usually do the northern games if I remember correctly.

Unfortunately not. Fate has been unkind to me the way the fixtures have fallen. I'll be in Valencia on a weekend break with friends from Australia. I'll also miss Sunderland because I have to be elsewhere the following day for work. Still the memories of three successive 1-0 drubbings at the hands of Newcastle where we barely mustered a shot over the 270 minutes, the shameful and pointless keep ball at Turf Moor last season, the humiliations at Wednesday and Blackburn don't exactly fill me with confidence. Where are Barnsley when you want a good afternoon or night out?

The sole highlight of Burnley away last season was Bertie the Bee being sent off by the ref

As for Barnsley, well we will always have Barnsley, where sport & pies collide

Interesting that our match at Burnley last season ended our unbeaten record. I wonder if this time around it will be Ings + Vokes again (rather than Barnes)? Vokes returned from a long injury layoff to score the equalizing goal against Spurs last night in their FA Cup match.

Danny Ings scored twice as Burnley took the honours in the top-of-the-table Championship meeting against QPR.

Burnley were the better side in the first half but QPR went close when Junior Hoilett had a shot blocked and Joey Barton sent an effort wide.

However, Ings played a one-two with Sam Vokes and fired past keeper Robert Green to put the hosts ahead.

Ings then scored a penalty after being fouled by Barton to end QPR's unbeaten league record and keep Burnley top.

Barton was constantly booed by the home side's fans and also appeared to have objects thrown at him during the match.

Burnley had started the stronger but there was a bizarre incident after 15 minutes when Clarets mascot Bertie Bee was sent off after an exchange with the linesman.

I think the game could go either way. Both sides have players who can stick the ball away and both have dodgy defences. I would suggest that their defence is probably worse than ours, so add in our pathetic away record and absolutely anything could happen. A draw would be much better for us than them.
