That's 2 in a fairly short space of time that have left us mate...Obviously i knew Billy much better, having left him in some snotty heaps several times.

Both complete opposite ends of the scale, both flippin great lads.

You just never know when it's the last time you''re gonna see someone.

Last time i saw Billy, Jerry was having to help him home early evening, as he was a mess.

Last time you saw Paul, i bet he was smiling?

Love and care has no scales Comm, Billy spent years messaging me, he sent me a message one night to say Janie couldn't stop being sick, I suggested A & E but she had seen the GP and had been referred to hospital. The speed of her death is similar to Burley's, diagnosed and then bang. I have grade 2 prostrate cancer and Burley used to always say, I would take that from you if I could. I will start my radiation treatment next week, one of my best mates I have met for years is dead. When I lay on that slab next week, I will always remember his words of taking it away. Love comes in many forms, expected and unexpected, Burley was a surprise but he will leave a lasting impression on me and my girls for life.. yes, he meant a hell of a lot..

Love and care has no scales Comm, Billy spent years messaging me, he sent me a message one night to say Janie couldn't stop being sick, I suggested A & E but she had seen the GP and had been referred to hospital. Like i said, they were chalk and cheese, thier views were polar opposites. But each both great human beings...

But nice to see that Mrs BH has been looking in. I hope she can take a tiny bit of solace in all the great words about her loving husband..

It won't help i know, nothing can ease her loss. But i hope it makes a tiny bit of her feel a little more happy.

It was the borough pub mate, in sunderland city centre. The borough. Always been a ****hole ffs.

Anyway 3 hours later Billy had to get a taxi back home...And for all you lot, he lived ****ing miles away in pure hillbilly land..

Poor **** got a taxi in to meet me, couldn't get into the first pub as he was a pikey ****, went to a Wetherspoons, 3 hours later a snotty heap and a taxi home.

I still remember it, as he was drinking Doombar, and left me a full pint pint as he fell out of the door.

She said that she'd been humbled by the messages on here. It's good that she knows how highly regarded Burley was on here. Some of you knew him, but for most of us, we were just random anonymous people behind a computer screen and yet he still managed to convey his warmth and personality, just through a few simple interactions on an internet football forum.

Small and quite quite really in real life... Had a lot of demons, and very military minded.. Drank like a tart...Everytime i met him, he was in a heap.But such a great bloke, nothing like you'd guess from his posts.
