I dont thing creativity is the problem. Apart from Nugent there is no decent movement up front, with Yak we could give him the ball and he would create spaces for other players. If we have 2 or 3 players in the box making decent movement then we will create more clear cut chances and score more goals. We need a striker Keith Millen has said we havent given up yet on Nicky Maynard. We need to stop messing around and either pay them what they want or move on
We have enough midfielders. We also have Johnson who when fit is better than Bullard and can unlock defences. The only players we need are wingers and strikers, any other problems should be being sorted out on the training ground by now.
Bullard is the best midfielder in the league when he wants to play, he showed that at Ipswich. But the only problem is that he's a complete tosser and he was deservedly sacked!

Seems Bullard is a similar Gazza - on the pitch brilliant but off the pitch activities seem his priority, waste of talent
