Not buying this. He will leave, probably (hopefully) permanently, perhaps loan at the worst. I can't see him going to a Premier league club apart from those that have just gone up, more likely a top 6 championship team with Premier league ambitions.

Now I see it. In terms of terrible wums though this will take some beating. People are closer to being taken in by it after it's been exposed and confirmed as being a WUM than they were when the WUM was trying to make it believable.
In terms of personnel (Ronaldinho 88 caps for Brazil, bullard 0 caps for England), absoloutely. If we're talking wages, probably not that much of a difference! I have never got why Blackburn are always linked with high quality 'footballers'. Under Steve Kean their style is absolutely brutal - Chris Samba is star defender and star striker. I couldn't imagine Ronaldinho playing the Diouf role (harassing the opposition keeper while Paul Robinson punts a 70 yard free kick into the box)
Steve Kean is just a supply math teacher! I think that the quality they bring in would change the way blackburn play, and make them more effective. They have some top quality players already, and i believe, are one step away from getting out of the relegation battle effect of the lower places.
