Thanks HP, but it was a bloody awful game to watch. Mackay's time wasting tactics from the first minute made it that way, but we didn't seem to have a plan on how to turn all the posession in goals. Not a good night for the football purists. The way Mackay sets up the team is not the Wigan it used to be and that is a crying shame.
Tell me about it. If he manages to keep us up I'd still want shot of him in the close season. He's stealing a living. ETA - at the weekend, after the players had applauded the away support he started walking over, clapping, and the fans started booing - so he turned on his heel.
