I swear to god im going to explode if he mentions once more that we need the fans behind the team during a game. FFS you fool, you will get fans behind the team when they put in the effort that is sought after by every gashead! You will get our full support when you play players in the correct position. You will get our support when you make the correct substitutions!!
You can not let your players turn up for a game, and as soon as they concede turn into players who can’t be arsed to pass it, and just lump it up the pitch. You need to stick a rocket up their arses and ensure they pass the ball on the floor, and ensure they do what they train to do every fecking day of the week! I am not one for negativity usually, but this is ridiculous! Lower our expectations...to what you twat, Blue square premier league??? Get on with it, or if you are struggling with the pressure, get out and get someone in who can deal with it...
Oh and he says, im not one for making excuses, but we have a million injuries, our fans are on our backs, we cant play at home, we need to gel etc etc. Funnily enough, I thought all of these were excuses???
I made a poll last week where I said I was content with what is going on, but on reflection, I aint! We were a pretty decent league one side only 2 years ago, finish mid way for a few season and looking like progress was being made, until we let Lenny go and got rid of Rickie. I didnt expect us at that point to be a lower table league two side and neither did any other gashead as talk was about possibly making the championship in the near future... Now we are closer to the blue square!

, Agreed Buckle needs to sort it out now, the fans had every right to boo in the recent games at the mem only a few fans at the moment but if things don't improve then Buckle will lose the fans.
