Pleased to hear Schurrle's doing well, always felt that he'd be a Mourinho type of player and most importantly he's a PL style player. He can play on the right but he's far more comfortable on the left but his versatility will come in handy, might be worth giving him a go up top at some point too if your strikers keep drawing blanks.
I'm still not a big fan of Schurrle. I worry that he might be the German Kalou. I'm still unsure of what is his main position and role as a footballer. Attacking midfielder? Winger? Second/supportive striker? Granted he was our best player last night and made their right-back look like a pub side footballer, but what he does against Premier League sides and Europe's best teams is what he should be judged on. Still I'll give him the chance he deserves and hope that, as Jose would say, he proves me wrong.
Like all our front players he can pretty much play right or left and in his case he does have experience of being the front man too. He has more pace than any of the others too.
