Anyone see the confrontation between Neal and Plato at Rockingham?

Frank sytner would've torn off Neals arms and beaten him to death with them.

 

Plato is my fav driver, but he does comes across as a bit of an arsehole. Might be wrong though.

 

Brands today, definitely my favourite track on the calender!

 

Just listened to Jason Plato after the season finale at Silverstone.

What a sore loser. Couldn;t bring himself to say well done to Matt Neal and Honda, just kept having digs about him having the best car where it matters in the corners and brakes etc, lack of engine parity etc etc.

Pathetic from someone who is supposed to be a figureheard for the sport and has been invited to join the BRDC.

He should be ashamed. I have heard him a lot this year mouthing off about the rules and to now complain that Chevrolet will have to go to NGTC, or turbo engines, just to compete is just sad. He onyl just lost out this year, why can he not say that they were beaten by the better team and driver this year?

 

JP appears to be conveniently forgetting that when he was with Seat he had the Turbo Diesel engine which had more torque etc than any other car in the field so, unless JP retired (which he did a lot) he won the race. Nobody continually complained the way JP has this season.

 

Yep, lost a lot of respect for Plato.

 

I respect him as a driver but not as a man, a simple well done is nothing in the grand scheme of things, bad form.
