although I hope it's true, there is no space anywhere on the grid, too many drivers fighting for too few cars,
Then its Grosjean. Its over im afraid. Here's hoping he can find somewhere even if it is just a reserve driver role.
Even if Bruno does replace Petrov, Renault next year is going to be Kimi's team. In fact I'm surprised Grosjean might be prepared to go through that all over again after 08/09. So if I was him I'd start making flattering gestures in the direction of Williams.
Getting on the grid is the first objective of all 'wannabees'. Grosjean should snap up the very first offer he gets, without so much as a second thought! - Same goes for B. Senna.
Its looking like he hasn't done enough this year to secure a seat at Renault. What are his choices now, Williams and maybe Caterham?
Ha! well brought back sir. He has shown this week why williams made a good choice and not only in laps but he was also faster than his team mate. He is setting him self up well for 2012 as williams #1
250 laps. Wow. Plus, as Gary Anderson pointed out, his pace was pretty good too. He set his fastest time today on what was a race-sim run.
It looks as if he's getting his act together. Good stuff. I'm also delighted for the Williams team that they have had so much trouble-free running at Jerez, with a car which seems capable - at least on the face of it…
