Great optimism about the result from everyone! Does anyone ITK know why the news reports on the Hull City web site stopped on June 18th? We normally read these as we are presently practicing staying safe and social distancing in the USA because of the corona virus and not in the Hull area as other years.
Not certain, but as they have banned Hull Live and the HDM from matches for criticism and had a PR disaster with The Athletic, they may be putting all press output to greater scrutiny. Battening down the hatches so to speak.
He can't give encouragement or recommend adjustments to the game until he gets a printout from his analyst. Without that he's well xxxxxd. Anyway, he's much more important things to worry about like his compo after another xxxx display this Saturday.
I liked this post but don't want y'all to think I 'like' the sentiment. I just agree it to be a true prediction of what is going to happen. 'Take us down Terry'. That's catchy.
Whoever is now managing the OWS doesn't know that they need to click a box for news items to be displayed on the new page as well as the home page. It happens all the time now, items are on the home page but aren't replicated in news. It's basics for anyone who knows the first thing about website management, but clearly all those people with basic knowledge have been furloughed.
Oh well, after a week of doom and gloom kickoff approaches and I start believing (again) this'll be the game where City turn it round. God only knows what team/formation he'll put out but I'm backing a 2-1 win for the mighty Tigers. ps if he doesn't play Stewart and Lopes he's a ****!
Thanks for the info Al didn't think to look elsewhere. You and HPT (also ta) are correct, knowlegable staff have been either furloughed or sacked.
Last chance at Vulture Gulch for me. Last week probably wasn't an aberration but on the off-chance that it was then this game becomes a Say it ain't so, Joe situation. I think we're ****ed because we are run by a vindictive **** and managed by a clueless cock. The cock and the **** are going to produce one almighty **** up between them over the next few weeks But I love this club and I want some good news so a win tomorrow and I'm saying it ain't so Joe. And desperately hanging up a hook to hang my hopes upon. Poor old Ernie. Always dreaming and hoping against hope that the ****ing inevitable doesn't happen.
I'd have this team, though I'd put KLP up front, he's the only one who looks like a strikers arsehole. McCann will stick Kane in there ahead of Stewart and he'll probably stick with Eaves up front, as Grant thinks change is a very bad thing.
I'm with you Ernie....It's the last chance saloon!!! 2 wins gets you away from the **** at the bottom,Tomorrow is a big must win.
In terms of the centre forward position, he seems to love changing it. Neither of them has had a run in the side all season. They always seem to be the first scapegoat after a poor result. I fully expect it to flip back to Magennis again this weekend. Personally I'd change both wingers cos they were ****e against Charlton, and also get Stewart and Lopes in the midfield because they're our best players in that position.
It's quite beyond me that Stewart went from being the undroppable linchpin, to last choice midfielder, post injury.
Is that true? It seems to me that he sticks by Eaves. If he's fit he plays as his 1st choice. Niether are good enough, but I prefer Magennis (by a distance). Even though he isn't really ready, I think he has to now gamble with KLP + Magennis.
