Nothing at all to do with his ability as a manager, but I echo the sentiments "a caring, man of his word".
I met and spoke to him just the once, he came through for me. But that is another story for another day.

Unfortunately most our fan base are fickle PLW’s, who would sell their own daughters down Hessle Road for a bit of success. Ironic that many now protest against the Allams now that spending has finished but gloss over the many cracks in Steve Bruce’s ‘nice guy’ facade and wilfully ignore the fact that he’s an absolute full of **** lying two faced ****.
I really cannot understand how anyone can possibly like him even a tiny little bit.
