It's funny really. This morning they mentioned on the 'coming up after the break' how they would be live to the Hull City training ground but change their mind after the adverts and show Stoke City / Cardiff / Man City instead.
I almost feel it's as important who other teams sign as who we sign. Why do I find Crystal Palace so irritating? I just don't want to end the day with Ian Holloway preening in front of the media telling us how much he has strengthened his squad. They have the possible advantage of being in London for any London based players being released by bigger clubs. Still, players like Huddlestone and Livermore saw sense and wanted to play for Steve Bruce rather than Ian Holloway so let's hope someone else follows their excellent example!
Yes and take Ashley Barnes as well. We could offer them Aaron Mclean for Barnes and the CMS - Mclean partnership could be reunited at Brighton. We'll have been quoted a ridiculous price. It'll come down to how much is available but he'd be my first choice striker for this window. If we got him we'd have absolutely no trouble staying up; he's a top player.
