Although I can’t stand him. And I want him out. We can’t blame him for the current **** show. We kick off our season in 11 days time with no new signings and have let a few players go. Not strengthened at all. ASM apparently is upset. But- I suppose Bruce is picking up 50k a week.
We go through this every season, nothing for ages then a few signings within the space of a week which we moan about then nothing again
This appears to be made up paper talk mate. The interviews with the players like Shelvey and Wilson completely contradict the paper talk about Everton etc. ASM supposedly super focused and is going to use his performances for NUFC to springboard into the French squad. Otherwise though yeah our financial limbo continues. He ain't to blame. Like all managers here it is impossible to assess them. They don't work in a normal PL environment. I still don't rate him or think he's good enough though. I'd want a more modern manager (we've seen the impact Jones had).
After England's exploits this summer and him on the coaching staff I wouldn't be surprised if he got a few offers.
I’m being too principled, but SB can’t be short of a bob after his MU playing career and all these managerial salaries and pay-offs. I like to think I’d walk and make the point that my hometown club was being run into the ground by a combination of its owner and the shady corporate competition it is playing in…. I’d respect a man that did that, I’d see him as someone that genuinely cared about NUFC. We’re in the Premier League, top 20 clubs in the country, it’s not the ****ing Belarusian 3rd division. There’s zero excuse for this club’s utter lack of incoming players.
