Just listened to the Radio Humberside thing about Bruce - they didn't actually say we were going to sign him. It said we were close to agreeing a deal to keep him here on trial. Has anyone heard anything else on this because Humberside's claims don't seem to make that much sense nor do they tell us very much.

It seems we are going sign him.

We shouldn't, he's a mediocre player who we wouldn't even look at if Bruce wasn't our manager.

Bruce has done brilliantly signing Prossy and Aluko, he just ****ed up in the name of nepotism.

    Most disappointing.

I hope he isn't played ahead of Faye or Chester. Or Hobbs when he's back for that matter.

I thought Cooper was coming on well.

I can't imagine that the Allam's are dishing out unlimited cash for players so whatever Alex Bruce is going to cost us means that money is not going to be there for another player that might be better. I agree with the people on here that say it will not be good having him around the players cos they will have to watch what they say and if Alex had anything about him surely he would prefer to go to another club rather than have everyone thinking that the only reason he is with us is because of his dad.

But he isn't, so it's all irrelevant.

I've got my hopes set on Allam Snr using him as part of some Ancient Egyptian human sacrifice before the Brighton home game.

the only way this can come good is if Alex Bruce plays well but if not it's a poor decison.

And if it unsettles what seems to be a rather positive dressing room.

yep, you've got to question that, Bruce Snr is bound to mention in the press conference that his son starts as an equal to the others, there won't be any favouritism etc but there already has been plus we don't need another CB.

His signings have impressed us so far, not this one.

Alex Bruce has a really attractive other half. Eye candy in the stands potential!

Loiner: tugging at heartstrings since Jan 2011.

    You thought wrong then.

Actually you've misinterpreted. I see the 'dreams of the past' being traditional footballing values and of Leeds being a people's club in the people's game. If we compromise that passion in the pursuit of success, as many times 'happens too fast' (see: Man City, Arsenal, Man U), it would be most foolish. So we mustn't 'lose our grip' and must 'fight just to keep them alive'.

I'm not sure anyone's saying JUSTICE FOR LEEDS CITY, no-one gives a **** any more. Blue and yellow are still integral to our club's colour scheme and identity. And I don't care about attendances back in the **** old days. We used to be a tinpot club like Hull City before John Charles and Don Revie elevated us. OK?

I see what you did there.

I think you've actually missed my point. You still are a tinpot club with the worst percentage of population attending home games in the whole of the UK which resulted in you closing your biggest stand for an entire season within the last decade.

I think you've actually missed the truth. We pay the unfairest prices in world football. There's a reason our attendances aren't as high as they should be.

If Hull charged our prices, I seriously doubt they'd get the same proportion even of local people to games that we get.

And tinpot club? Nigga please. Your fans do pawing motions and dress up as taaaaargers. Ours fill away ends all over the country and are notorious across the world.

I wonder how many of you moaning lot have actually seen Bruce Jr play 90 mins rather than just jumping on the band Waggon of criticism. It's oh so easy sitting on the side throwing stones. Give the boy a chance.

There has actually been no official statement that he has signed for us.
Nothing from the club or from the media.
    Let's just wait and see.
