Far too complex for Steve
what if it was done in crayon
4 steps. You been on the cans, Chippy?
1. Stop them scoring.
3. Enjoy ya'self.
I stole that from Darsley Park. Was written on a Greggs wrapper, so don't doubt its' authenticity.
Bruce is a boring man! he might be a nice enough bloke, but he's too dull and has no idea what he's doing ... he's out of his depth and it's starting to show...
Do managers have to be interesting?
He's not out of his depth cos he's done more than was expected of him with a crap team. He's a lower table/relegation manager and he's kept us out of the relegation zone.
yes ! the need to be an uplifting character...
just to be clear its not may
No, its the end of February, and the last time we were in the relegation zone was after 2 games in August.
May is a noun in this case so please capitalise, I was looking through my post to see if it had use may conditionally and you were calling me up on that, ie we may go down, to which you would reply let's be clear it's not may.
Interesting quote from Bruce that he realises he might have to change something now.....
**** me Sherlock.
visionary stuff from cabbage head.
This game against burnley is massive. Its a risky game to change tactics in from scratch. At home we arent too bad, i would play the players that know this system and are used to it. Yedlin in for Lazaro, Hayden in for Bentaleb & Ritchie in for Rose.
In other words go back to Rafa?
Yep, as others have said on here. It takes time to destroy an effective system but brucey seems to be at that stage now. Simply by playing players who are not used to the way we play and hoping that their 'supposed' quality will shine through. Hayden being dropped for Bentaleb and Yedlin for Lazaro are 2 prime examples.
Someone’s taking our present bad run badly.
