The horse has bolted Albert, the lockdowns don't work. We've been living in various degrees of LD for 10 months and still having more CV19 deaths now than in April. Maybe if we Lock downed in January, then it might have worked, but we have London, a huge global metropolis with thousands of flights coming in each day, Oz and NZ has 6 hours of sea between them and any large centre of populations, totally incomparable.
