I'd rather read the police report than have it second hand.

When even Saxton is having to accept the truth, it seems odd you would continue to play dumb.

Best case scenario for the deluded.

Cummings gets a fine which will no doubt be crowd funded for extra lols

You might want to get beyond the headline

"Had a Durham Constabulary police officer stopped Mr Cummings driving to or from Barnard Castle, the officer would have spoken to him, and, having established the facts, likely advised Mr Cummings to return to the address in Durham, providing advice on the dangers of travelling during the pandemic crisis.

"Had this advice been accepted by Mr Cummings, no enforcement action would have been taken."

    I'll translate,
Had he been caught at the time and refused to go home he would've been fined.

The police can only direct a person home if they are clear that a breach has occurred

"Power of police to direct a person home is under regulation 8(3)(a): http://legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/350/regulation/8/made… To exercise power, police must be consider there was a breach of 6(1) - there was no reasonable excuse"

Not really. Just wanted to point out, once again, that you're very stupid. You don't seem to be aware of it.

Domonic Cummings driving his car about with his family is more wreckless and illegal than paying human traffickers in war torn France to illegally cross the Channel in a blow up boat with children through shipping lanes ?

    They are mentally ill

I don't think we've ever reached such lows as a nation, full of absolute simpletons who have needed their hands held throughout this whole thing.

We are now at the stage where the Prime Minister is answering questions like Can we have a bbq? Can I stay overnight at my parents? Can I camp in my parents garden? <laugh>

    Ridiculous beyond belief.
