He's right I saw the video for correctly protecting yourself against deadly viruses.

You need to sterilise your hands thoroughly before putting on your brand new out of the packet mask .
Then you need to either wear gloves or not touch anything.
If you touch a handrail then you need to sterilise again before touching the mask.

I put my N95 mask on Thursday morning and haven't touched it since or touched anything with my hands.
