I am not sure that Putin has a Twitter account, so he might not have got the message. Also you are presuming that The Donald could find Ukraine on a map. I think the only US States that he can find are the ones where he has a hotel, casino or a golf course.

Anyway, the conspiracy theorists would have us believe that Russia owns the Republican Party, so The Donald would have done what he was told or they would have got somebody else in to do as they were told.
