It's bad enough doing it, but what possesses them to think it's so acceptable, they film and upload it?

You tend to find that the left don't use the word equality anymore as in this crack pipe plan they use equity .

It's a Cultural Marxist term for positive discrimination, like diversity quotas and loweing expectations for Blacks in college admissions whilst making it harder for Asians.

Equality means that the brightest students are admitted on merit .

Cultural Marxists just see that there are too many Asian students and not enough blacks so they rig the game in their favour .

It's extremely racist and bigotry of low expectation.

That's how they end up with idiots like Kamala Harris as vice president.

Netflix are showing a documentary about Bernard Goetz, the Subway Vigilante in mid 80's New York.
