Nicola Sturgeon has demanded the Scotland v Czech Republic game be replayed. In a press conference a few minutes ago she angrily stated that the result "did not reflect her wishes" and has vowed to have the game replayed "as many times as possible" before Fridays clash with England to ensure the "right" result.

I sold a car at auction a few weeks back, posted them the V5 on a Tuesday pm, they e mailed me at lunchtime the following day to say they had received it. How much quicker would a first class have got there?

 

Well if that story was true, I'd debate it with you. I thought you have been in France longer than a few weeks...

I send parcels out Monday - Saturday and have done for a long time. If I send them first class they'll generally get at the destination on the next day, on the odd occasion it has taken two days. The parcels I send out 2nd class generally take 3 or 4 days to arrive.

 

Have I ever mentioned that as a wee boy I had a Stanley Gibbons Stamp Collection album? I never did manage to acquire a Penny Black however.

Well if you class three as more than a few you could be correct. However I think that most people would think that " a few" comprises more than three. For your comfort it was Tuesday May 11 I posted the V5. Would you like the reg no of the car and how much it sold for?

Do you see anybody else on this forum trying to always brag like you do? There's posters on this forum who do incredibly well in life and have made really good lives for themselves. They don't bang on about it on a daily basis, though. Unlike you who makes a song and dance of how your girlfriend sponges not even a couple grand in euros every month from her dead husbands pension.
