Today we were driving in Colliers Wood and Tooting
The road has FOUR LANES
TWO of the lanes are CYCLE LANES
We didn't see one cyclist in the cycle lanes
The vehicles had to travel in the other two lanes
If there were FOUR LANES for vehicles then the traffic congestion would be a lot less
They could always have cycle lanes for times when people travel by cycle a lot - rush hour - but let vehicles use all four lanes at other times
