Aye to fall back on, not to be locked in your house because they're paying ****ters 80k a year to teach diversity in every trust yet complain of a lack of nurses. It has been shown not to be for for purpose when required at it's most.

 

I agree that’s not a good use of money for sure and the nhs has been involved in treatments that should be outside is remit.
Tbh mate I think it’s a sign of the times, probably cheaper to employ people to teach “ diversity” than be sued by staff or patients for
“ discrimination “ and lawyers being able to say it’s the nhs’s fault because they don’t “ educate “ their staff.
Of course that shouldn’t be looked on the same as failing to teach staff to properly give medical treatment, but these days I think it unfortunately is.
