As he's so confident, it's surprising he wastes so much of his time burbling his anti woman bigotry.

His responses are bullshit. He claims to be the decision maker, but also claims his team do not brief him, which is unlikely in the extreme, as he will get regular updates from those below him, it's part of the normal process so that he can make informed decisions. If he really wasn't aware, the process needs a big revamp.

He's clearly contemptuous of anyone that questions his opinions, and as a trained solicitor, he really should be able to make a better fist of being questioned, as he was very clearly being evasive. If his answers are correct, he's at best incompetent, but his contradictions show he's lying. Why spend time and money on a consultation that you are clearly going to ignore.
