The Guardian showing their usual racism by questioning why England fans can't be brown foreigners, we have an Indian Prime Minister a Pakistani London Mayor an Indian home secretary why can't all England fans in Qatar be non English too ?

It's not like England is a race of homogeneous people like the Japanese, Indians or Israelis .
