Throughout this month PSI will be running public meetings where communities can voice their concerns to the police. The meetings will be in Lambeth, Hackney, Brent and Haringey. The Action Plan engaged with 400 community activists and organisations that work with Black communities.

He's suggesting that the journo is racist for focusing on his skin colour, rather than his achievements.

There are plenty of things that hold things back, skin colour is very, very low down that list, but the left like it because it's visible and they can preach pompously and try to sound caring, when they're being very racist, and holding back other groups.
