I have no idea why you tagged me in on your latest **** up, but the response actually confirms that what Reform says is accurate. If anything, it shows it to be worse, as Kent Council do pay for the license for asylum seekers, and then they claim it back from the Home Office (aka us through taxes), so there's an additional admin cost on top.
