You need residency + paying tax there to qualify. Companies don't allow you to be employed in a foreign country as a full time employee unless they are incorporated in that country. You can retire there if you pay into the healthcare system, you can't just move there long term without working/paying tax there. Guess GBNews lied to you. Again.
