Giving money to junkies is counter productive. Genuine homeless British people should be housed before non Nationals. Like Labour taxing **** out of British people to build homes for foreighners is also ridiculous.

Depends how you define choice. We’ve all made bad choices in life, some pay a higher price than others for doing that. But nobody’s life plan includes kipping down next to the bins outside the station. Not even you plan for that Asbo; you probably just go out on the piss and forget where you live.
