Immigration stats didn't exist for crime but what we can use as a baseline in the last few years. If we use the same stats for the next 4 and it improves the nobody could argue against it.

I believe we don't use immigration stats, certainly not nationality anyway so don't know where your arrest table comes from.

Sweden has a gang problem. Gang members cross over and take part in crime then recruit kids from all backgrounds.
