Every politician, social worker , council worker , community leader , police officer etc who was active during these crimes should be subject to a full independent enquiry and a Westminster parliamentary review committee . If the post office scandal was allowed one , then these crimes surely deserve one. Also , all rapists charged should be deported (where applicable ) and those not eligible for deportation , if / when released , should be excluded from living in the town where they committed these crimes .
