In Scotland a person on a national average wage pays £4 a month more than the equivalent person in England. The lowest earners pay less tax than the equivalent earner in England. For that £4 a month we recieve free prescriptions where as the equivalent person in England pays £9.90 per item. We also have free university tuition where as the equivalent lazy workshy cùnt in England has to pay £9535 per year. Our elderly and disabled don't have to pay for having an extra bedroom in their council house and, In general, the cost of living is much cheaper up here than it is in most of England.
