Only a total mug or an ideological dimwit would put their pension fund money onto any public sector project, run by cretins from the Establishment to line the pockets of their mates at the expense of the plebs. Toronto is a boring city; however, the surrounding areas are spellbindingly beautiful. Just make sure you wear a hat in the colder months, as it is not unusual for people's ears to freeze and drop off. If you want a vibrant Canadian city, do Vancouver.
