They are having trouble deporting people so they grant them asylum. Whatever their bullshit stories the fact remains that they didn't claim asylum in 5 or more countries on the way here therefore they are economic migrants.
If they were genuine why drop their passport in the channel, we have video evidence of that happening, if they have not got proof of their country of origin it takes a fortune to search for it, we don't give them permanent residency only temporary, but thicko Starmer wants to change it to permanent.
