****ing years, I should imagine. Was fun at the time though.

 

You’d only be in the bookies otherwise.

 

Used to be half a dozen retired Greek cab drivers in my local Ladbrokes every day, putting on their 50p Lucky 15s and accas, claiming inside info from the stable, and arguing about which trainers were the most bent.

Don’t see those guys any more, sadly. Don’t think they make em anymore.

 

Reminds me of that little known song "No Regrets" by The Dooleys.

 

Wow. Just wow. And this is coming from the Tufton St in-house magazine that supplied most of the Downing St SPADs that came up with bogus figures that the independent civil servants are now saying they weren't part of costing. Wow. Flagrant, blatant lying on an epic scale, even for a general election.
