Remember those days of covid when rail workers were considered front line essential labour! Heady days indeed.
Yep. Thanks very much for keeping the country moving during Covid, now have a pay two year freeze and a kick in the bollocks. Tory ****s.
What £54 k is that you ****ing brainwashed dullard? Train drivers might earn that, but it’s railway workers who are going on strike, not drivers.
It's £58k a week, according to Tory Gay Boy Andrew Pierce. Incredible article in the Hate outlining the pay and 'Spanish practices' of the drivers (the vast majority of them provably false, including a call to 'make Sunday working compulsory for drivers' - it has been part of the working week since Drivers' Restructuring Initiative 25 years ago, and if Sunday happens to fall on a driver's rest day and they want to watch the football on the telly, or go to the ****ing park with the kids, why shouldn't they? - but not a ****ing word that, er, actually the drivers are in a different union and are not (yet) going on strike, and the average median pay for RMT members is £31k, not the £41k being quoted by some papers (that is pushed up by drivers' salaries) and certainly not the £53k average drivers pay average being deliberately quoted to mislead the forelock-tugging pitchfork and torch-carrying peasants.
