The privatised Royal Mail is doing alright except the bit that delivers letters by old inefficient unionised methods. The still nationalised Post Office is incompetently managed and the man who was sent to investigate its latest calamity admitted to the inquiry that he knew nothing about I.T. – the incapable sent by the incompetent Establishment.
