Archers the resident fact checker . A. Was it on the BBC news ? B. Did Owen Jones write about it in the Guardian? No. Fake news
There were various media outlets that covered it at the time even LBC the home of the Gammon, sick looking loser James O'brien. Just saying this didn't happen doesn't make it so. https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/uk/whitehall-ban-christmas-not-inclusive/ Stewart Lee stand up routines laughing at political correctness usually end up coming true , much like the people arrested for waving England flags at the recent Jihad rallies. For causing alarm & distress to the Islamist mobs
You should get your head out of those weird websites you've been sucked into, before you completely lose touch with reality. And throw your phone in the river, it's as polluted as your sick mind.
I get my news from, A. Genial Fred Dineage on Meridian B. Bunty Freckleton in the Chichester Observer.
LBC is a weird website it's neither the BBC or Guardian it's frightening & should be banned. You daft commie ****pig
LBC was reporting what the Mail said that The Volkisher Brietbartbachter had said. As documented a bazillion times since, "Christmas" wasn't 'banned', they just suggested the message of not making unnecessary gatherings and journies during the festive period in the middle of the 2nd wave of Covid should be targeted at the whole community, not just those that celebrate Christmas. It's not exactly cancelling Christmas, and as I recall the original Brietbart article, weren't they overruled anyway? Sure I remember the message, and some right-wingers who blamed the Asian/Muslim community for the spread of Covid saying that they should be targeted as well as the majority population.
And as always for the Tory male who is one-fifth of a panel made up otherwise of women (including the host), he's taking up 50% of the time (Tomiley from Tufton St, the Dorothy and Toto botherer taking up another 30%) with his interruptions and mansplaining. See previous performances by a pissed-up Johnny Mercer, Bob Seeley, Jonathon Gullis, and Danny Kruger for the template.
