In 2010 it was 74.6% and in 2019 it was 85.4%. According to the Office for National Statistics, in 2023 it is currently around 100.5%. On the graph, it looks pretty flat from 2010 onwards. That big jump from 2007 to 2010: one eyed Gordon, worse than France or Germany.
