Pumpey is like a few others that aren't really interested in a conversation about the topics, they just want to make it about personalities in the hope they get the thread locked. They still haven't worked out that they've been taken for a total mug in being plonked here for a wheeze that failed from the get go. As for just stop oil, even the other environmentalists are against their methods, to such a degree that there is a strong suspicion that they are being rallied and supported by pro-oil groups, as they are pushing more and more people against the issues. The bigger problem is that most people can see that the alternatives not only won't work with current technology, but are liable to make things worse, and are driving up prices.
Yep, on all counts, but it was Yelland I was referring to as a former Murdoch employee, though I'd have to check whether Boulton was employed by Sky when Murdoch part-owned it. I think he was, but Murdoch wanted to buy it outright and turn it into Fox, then the Millie Dowler thing and Vince Cable scuppered that (Cameron and the Chipping Norton set - especially Elisabeth Murdoch, the one with the brains - were all for it). One thing I do applaud the Lib-Dems for in that coalition. As to GBeebies - it's broken rule after rule of impartial news broadcasting, including the farcical definition that serving Mp's and peers are okay to moonlight in broadcasting so long as they don't read the news (and yes, I know Walden used to do it in the 70s in one of the most legendary current-affairs magazine-programmes, and Lammy does LBC), but also they're foreign/dark-funded from the likes of Legatum and, ultimately, the Koch Foundation. The US does not allow foreign ownership of news broadcasting - why do we allow US pressure groups to fund our broadcasters? It's a money-laundering operation in the Tory Kingddm Of Kleptopia, but as long as it's defined as opinion and not news (as OfCom has, by definition, basically said it is by allowing serving MPs on it) then I couldn't give a ****e if Sid and Doris Gammon want to watch it all day.
All these people that "worked for Murdoch" there must be thousands of them, are they all bad? You do realise there are people in the Labour party today who "worked for Blair" (a mass murederer), are they the same as him?
Just don't start recognising patterns folks . That's the real problem not violent low IQ black teenagers stabbing people . Are the black community angry & scared Sadiq ? Nope just silence & zero accountability.
Sadiq has formed a knife crime task force , to crack down on people noticing patterns of who is doing the stabbings . Repat the mantra London is the safest city in the World Diversity is our strength Blame the Tories The 17 year old *****phile psychopath just needed a youth club it's never their own fault . Black people don't have any agency over their own actions, even the murderers are the victims of socioeconomic reasons & systemic racism
I walked up a street in Portsmouth, about half an hour after a young lad was stabbed by 3 other guys. He tried to go home and collapsed and died not far from his house, about half a mile away. If only he'd shouted out or knocked on a door, it was so sad.
