Guy Verhofstadt has launched a 116 page plan to expand Brussels' control over EU countries, proving many of the UK's Brexit voting community right. The draft plan proposes a major shift towards majority voting, which would overrule national vetoes. The rule-by-the-majority plan would apply in several areas, including defense, taxation and foreign policy.
