He's got a year nearly to give it a go, before the next election, though it looks like he's going to win by a big margin. Londoners seem to like him, it's their home, so it's up to them.
Muslims brown people & lefty ******s love knife crime & stealth taxes. Plus vote rigging was clearly used , that's why most of the English left .
I assume the argument is that he is not making it greener. I still remember when the congestion charge came in under Ken Livingston, I thought it was a good idea and it gave you the flexibility to travel at times after a certain time in the evening and at weekends. I'm measuring this from when I use to travel to Guys hospital in part, I can't remember if it was just on the boundary then in the first stage, anyway I always use to travel after work and at weekends - Hence I avoided the charge and the madness on the roads.. To make it clear, anyone that don't travel by public transport to central london is absolute bonkers at any other time (than above). As I understand it now, the mayor has extended the reach of ulez to a march larger area, pulling in places such as Bexley, Sidcup, Orpington, sections of the M25 - I can't be arsed to check, but as I understand it's extended to areas where people would park their car, then travel in via public transport. I've seen it said, that because of where it is now extended to, people will now just drive in, because they are going to get hit by the charge anway, hence why it's not going to improve air pollution, but instead make it worse by drawing in vehicles that use to sit outside of ulez. Unless people are prepared to have a sensible discussion on this and stop chosing sides because of who might be introducing it against those opposing it, then nothing is going to be achieved other than it appearing as just another excuse to collect revenue. If it improves the air in the extended area, the mayor needs to put forward the evidence that supports this. We've already had the excuses with the Dart Charge, why it wasn't removed years ago as promised, it supposedly keeps traffic down by 17% https://www.kentonline.co.uk/dartfo...till-paying-for-the-dartford-crossing-289300/ Well if you already had the congestion charge for years, followed by the early stages of ULEZ, and 17% less vehicles over the crossing, then give us the proof all this is working. It's all about the money... please log in to view this image Let's not forget during covid people stopped working in the City, but many were forced to return, and continue the routine of polluting, enforced by businesses, goverment and retailers crying because their trade had gone. They either really want change or they don't, we shouldn't just cherry pick policies that hit peoples pockets. Personally I couldn't give a shhite, I stopped working in London over a decade ago, and you honestly couldn't pay me enough to go back to that daily grind.

I wouldn't take my bike to London, let alone a car. The tube can get you around very quickly and it's not that expensive. Usually though, when I go there shopping, I just walk across the park, from Victoria to Oxford street.
Feel free to offer your* expert opinion on where anything I put in my reply was wrong, or it just looks like you're petulant at having your ignorance flagged up. *that means not just posting some pap you googled, but your own considered views.
It is lovely but so is Sussex, which doesn't border Lahnden at all, so that makes it the winner. The seven sisters piss all over Dover.
It's not the Garden of England anymore The fookers are just turning into one massive housing estate to accommodate all the fleeing Londoners from the City.
Crawley. First 3 years of my second life so not really got any memories apart from living on a cul de sac and a huge tree at the end.
All Londoners should be ****ing shot at dawn, after the obligatory bum ****ing obviously. ****ing scum of the flat Earth.
The plucky pearly Kings and Queens that sang in the face of the blitz would cringe at their descendants giving the City over so easily.
After the next election, plucky Starmer, with Khan at his side will be marshaling Antifa to protect us as we stand alone against the marauding hordes of right wing extremists on the mainland.
