I lived 15 years in some of the roughest East London post codes & never had any issues with ferrel hood rats . They usually just attack each other & weak looking victims like the big hat wearing ringlet types
The only place I lived that was scary was Loughborough Junction South of the river , getting night buses through Camberwell at 3am you see some pretty horrible stuff. Newham is bad but it's pretty much all black on black violence
