They need government instructions because they are incapable of making decisions for themselves. They lack the basic common sense and critical thinking skills to do that. They spout "yeah, but science" with seemingly no understanding of what the scientific process actually is, never mind how it was or wasn't applied.

I find if frightening that proven war criminals like Alaistar & Sir Tony chime in condemning others for trivial nonsense when they should both been swinging on the end of a rope years ago. They are still the puppet masters behind the Sir Rodney Labour party
