I think I'm going to vote liberal this time. Stephen Morgan has had long enough, Portsmouth are still in league one and the local Liberal council have done a wonderful job, since we got rid of that fat Tory tart, Donna Jones.
English is an ethnicity like Pakistani. If an English couple have a child in Pakistan that baby won't be a Pakistani, they could even hold a Pakistani passport but they will always be ethnically English. He's a British born Pakistani
There's an argument that if Sadiq had an English mother or father he could pass as mixed race English but he's clearly not as Pakistani Muslims aren't allowed to race mix unless the woman converts to Islam which would make his Pakistani identity more obvious anyway as an "Englishman" wouldn't have a Pakistani Muslim father. Plus he usually identifies himself as a proud European. Very confused chap
