The Florida bomb poster with the weird van....obviously a radicalised terrorist. The question is, which fundamentalist hate preacher radicalised him?
Don’t think there was any Muslim involvement, so we’ll go with nutter. The one posting the pipe bombs was a actually a “very fine person”. There was wrong on both sides.
Philip Green says it was only banter. He can’t be a racist or a sexist as he employed that off white bitch to clean the upstairs ****house.
His wife once gave a Polish friend a lift to the airport. The evidence for the defence is stacking up.
Interesting case the Green one. As NDA’s or ND clauses are standard in settlement agreements, and the alleged victims of his behaviour having willingly signed these, presumably in exchange for a pay off. Why Haine outed him was imo, that whilst NDA’s are perfectly acceptable in business, if they’re used to make potential criminal acts go away by wealthy individuals, then there’s a line been crossed and it’s time for the law to be amended to stop abuse of NDA’s in this way.
But if he's right that Hain was paid by the same lawyers representing the Telegraph then you'd have to question his motives around using Parliamentary privilege. I am not defending Green at all here but I'm not convinced that this is entirely fair play. Better for someone with no potential interests to have done the naming
My device is from the stone age so cannot post links but Google Peter Hain and telegraph lawyers. He's claiming the two are not connected - well he would wouldn't he?!
Just read it mate. Might be relevant to his motives, might not. However, I think the prime point that’s been exposed i.e. the potential misuse of NDA’s to cover up possible criminal acts, is well worth the collateral damage of a sleazy thieving **** like Green.
I don't get why Haine didn't wait until after the full hearing. To me he jumped the gun and was wrong to do so.
That’s a fair point. It was only an interim gagging order, and he could have waited until after the full hearing, which if they’d upheld the order, he could have then used his parliamentary privilege.
