I wish I could meditate. My brain is constantly going at 100mph. I only seem to be able to properly relax when I’m out in nature. It’s one of the main reasons I used to smoke so much weed, to allow my brain to slow down and not jump around. It’s great for work or when I’m trying to achieve something as I can get locked on but **** when stuck around the house! That’s why I got a bag of weed when lockdown started! And it’s why I end up in long arse conversations on here! Give me your meditation wisdom.
Well on this one we agree 100%. The bullying kids thing doesn’t wash with me if you look through history if that attitude was maintained all other ethnicities still wouldn’t be accepted, same with gays, etc. It’s sad that people hate for no good reason. This also ****s over some people’s opinions that it’s a lifestyle choice... I mean seriously who the **** would go through the abuse and torment they go through just to be in with a trend, it’s ****ing ludicrous.
I’m with you on that one. I gave up weed 10 years ago, but I can’t lie, I reckon it’d really help me out at the minute. I’ve got another 8 weeks minimum of self isolation and it’s starting to nibble at my mental health, not least because I’m also suffering badly from night time sleep deprivation due to my condition, I’m finding it really tough going at the minute. As my normal life is quite hectic and mentally stimulating.

I definitely find that having a job which is quite full on allows me to focus and stay in a good head space. I’m hitting the point as well now where I’m struggling a bit, which is why I’m allowing myself to smoke a bit of weed at the end of the night, just have to be careful not to let it slip back into a habit! Hope you find ways to stay sane mate!
